The top floor of the house contains an open living area, dining area
and kitchen all under a vaulted tongue and groove ceiling with sweeping gulf
views and a gas fireplace. The primary master bedroom is also on this
floor with a private entrance and extra insulation to block noise from the
living area.
The Living Room
The gulf-view seating area surrounds the entertainment center with
36-inch TV, 5 disc DVD/CD Player and surround sound. We've stocked the
cabinets with more than 60 music CD's and 20 kids and adult DVD's. There is also a desk
with a computer and high-speed internet access. Beachvillage.net provides
the cable modem service and is available to you 24x7 to assist you with the
connection should you have trouble with ours or bring your own laptop. This service is provided to you at no extra charge.
The
Kitchen
The large open kitchen has custom cherry cabinets, Silestone
countertops with custom-tiled backsplash, under-mount
double sink and stainless steel appliances
including double ovens, dishwasher and large side by side refrigerator.
The gas cooktop is in the large island with a raised countertop and breakfast bar seating.
The kitchen is stocked with high-end cookware, place settings for 16 and every appliance and serving
dish needed for gourmet beach cooking. You'll also find a binder with
copies of our favorite beach recipes.
The
Dining Area
The gulf-view dining area is situated next to the gas fireplace and includes a family size glass and stone dining table with seating for 10.
Should you decide to enjoy meals in the bug-free outdoors, the vaulted screened porch
with ceiling fan and outdoor speakers is just beyond the dining area in this
picture.
The
Master Bedroom
The primary master has an arched entrance, tray ceiling with recessed lighting,
4-poster king bed, 25" TV, window seat, door to covered
and sun decks, 2 closets and gulf and pool views. The large master bath has a
corner jacuzzi tub, large separate shower, double vanities and separate water closet.
Upstairs
Decks & Porches
This floor has a screened porch off of the dining area, a sun deck and covered deck facing the
Gulf, and a quiet sun deck off of the front of the
house. All decks have 
outdoor speakers connected to the Living Area stereo
system. The sun and covered decks are furnished with solid wood rockers
and adirondack chairs. The screened porch has a hexagonal dining table with 6
rocker/glider chairs under a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan.
Powder
Room
There is a powder room on this level. We've rented many homes where the
only restroom on the main living area is one shared with a bedroom, and we
wanted to provide privacy to those staying in the master bedroom on this floor.
