We've rented from Prudential several times and find that the houses are always very clean, and they are quick to send an associate or repair person if there is ever a problem.  In addition, they are the only rental firm to provide linens, so you don't need to worry about bringing your own sheets and towels.  But don't forget your own beach towels - those aren't provided!
