Due to building codes, the ground level of new homes on the island may only contain up to 200 square feet of finished space.  We decided to make the most of it and put in a wetbar and mini-fridge for easy access from the pool and beach.  There is also an extra blender in the wetbar.  In the cabinets above the wetbar is the outdoor stereo system with a receiver and a 5-disc CD player.  These are connected to 4 speakers - 2 above the ground level deck and 2 out by the pool, and the system sounds amazing outside!

The large storage closet in the foyer contains a beach volleyball set, a badminton set and a horseshoe set.  There is a horseshoe pit setup out near the pool.  Feel free to use the volleyball/badminton sets on the property or take them to the beach.

Just outside the foyer is the covered parking for at least 2 cars, an enclosed outdoor shower, a covered fish-cleaning station with sink, the grill and a two-tiered deck with a table and chairs overlooking the pool.  This is the perfect place for spending the late afternoon in the shade while the kids are still in the pool!
