 | Lot size/Location - lots from the Plantation entrance to Magnolia
Road (where the Plantation Clubhouse is) are almost all at least 1 acre,
lots east of Magnolia to the end of the island are much smaller and houses
very close together with little privacy. |
| Off Leisure Lane - Leisure Lane is the main road through the
Plantation, and while the Plantation doesn't ever have "traffic",
we think you'll be happier at Flying High because you'll be "off the
the beaten path"! |
| Screened Porch - while the Plantation is beautiful due to the
abundant vegetation, it also brings some no-see'ems during the dusk hours - if you're
like us and enjoy dinner outside, you'll want a screened porch near the
kitchen! |
| 2 Living Areas - 1/2 the family wants to watch the baseball game,
the other half wants to watch Must See TV.....our second living area has a
25" TV, a second DVD player, VCR and a Sony Playstation 2. |
| Free High Speed Internet Access with a Computer - you want to get
away from it, but it comes in incredibly helpful when looking at weather,
online TV guides and solving minor disputes such as "what was the name
of Batman's butler". Or bring your own laptop and hook up to our
service - 24x7 support is available from SGI's Beachvillage.net to help you get online.

| 1st and 2nd Floor Gulf Views - note that many "gulf view"
homes have views only from the lookout room on the 3rd floor or even just from a
widow's walk on the roof. |
| Located Directly on Beach Easement - no roads to travel or cross to
get to the beach - a safe, fast, direct route over sand and boardwalk. |
| Outdoor Sound System - all upstairs decks, ground level deck and pool area have sound linked to multi-disc CD
players. |
| Ground/Pool-Beach Level Mini Kitchen - keep those drinks cold and
close at hand - no coolers or ice necessary. There's even a 2nd
blender located there... |
| 1/2 Bath/Powder Room on Main Living Area - there is typically a
master bedroom on the same floor with the living area...if there isn't a
powder room too, guests end up using this bathroom. |
| All Masters - everyone wants their own private bedroom/bath.... |
| No Resin Here - no resin furniture - indoors or out! Bring on
the comfortable rocker/gliders with ottomans, custom adirondacks &
rockers and fabric-covered pool lounge chairs. |
| Linens Included - with Prudential, sheets and towels are included
in the rate. All other rental companies have an additional charge for
linens. We checked, and most houses comparable to Flying High charge
$100+ per week for linens. |
